Defining a trend in occupancy in PRESENCE

Darryl often receives questions about how to do certain things in the PRESENCE, software that is used for occupancy modelling. Many of these questions relate to manipulating design matrices for defining the model someone want's to fit to their data. In this video Darryl explains how to define a model with a trend in occupancy, or some other parameter, and why it's set up that way.
